Our official return policy for all our products is as follows:
Best Dementia videos and books will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 14 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 14 day return period. After 14 days all sales are final.
We do not accept returns of books.
Faulty/Non-DVD: In the case of all faulty DVDs, we will exchange for another of the same. If we have run out of the product, we will refund the item total.
