Do you ship international?
Yes. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You the buyer is responsible for these extra costs. 

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted under specific guidelines/conditions. We accept a return of DVD that is defective for an exchange. For international orders, please contact us before you place your order of a DVD to be sure that you are ordering one that is compatible with your county system. We do not accept a book return.
If you return a product to us from abroad, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. You are also responsible for custom and shipping charges.

How about Privacy?
Your privacy is important to us. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Note to our international customers; cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. Read more about our privacy policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we are using PayPal as our web site credit card processor. However, you can place your order to pay by credit card by phone to 320-267-8448. We also accept checks. Call us with your name, address and the product you would like to buy and we will invoice you through email.
